In a valley completely surrounded by the green rolling hills of Umbria, lies this beautiful old castle of medieval origins, once a noble home used in hunting periods.
Completely restored by keeping the old features, the castle includes some apartments of refined taste, very comfortable and excellently finished.
The excellent position where the property stands makes you enjoying the beauty of this natural place being close to some of the most attractive places of Umbria.
The original building is the old church, which dates back to 15th Century as well as the central block, afterwards expanded with the creation of two other constructions.
Among the families that owned this castle we want to mention the De Fonseca Pimentel, who had it until 1900, when the castle was totally abandoned and ruined.
Nowadays the castle is divided into 10 independent units, 8 of which placed in the main structure.
Apartment A:
Placed on the ground floor, it is composed of: living room with tv and dining table, kitchen and mezzanine with double bed. With small garden and courtyard on the back.
Apartment B:
Placed on the ground floor and accessible from the small garden, it comprises double bedroom with bathroom. It is possible to join it with Apartment A.
Apartment C:
Accessed independently sideways of the rounded tower and from the garden on the rear, it is composed of: small living room with dining table and kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and small storage room.
Apartment D:
The entrance is placed on the terrace and leads to the kitchen with dining room, bedroom and bathroom.
Apartment E:
Placed on the first floor of the castle, it is accessed in two ways. The first entrance leads directly to the living room with old stone fireplace and the other to the kitchen and the three bedrooms, the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and a wide kitchen with dining room. The first floor has a bathroom with shower and, after a long hallway, we find a living room with old fireplace, bedroom, tv room and dining table.
Apartment F:
The entrance to this unit is placed on the second floor. It is composed of: wide living room with stone fireplace, wide kitchen with dining room. A small closet leads to double bedroom with bath. With excellent view on the nearby countryside.
Apartment G:
Entered right in front of Apartment F and still with breathtaking view, it has: two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and living room created in the rounded tower.
A beautiful staircase leads upstairs where there are two double bedrooms with bathroom.
The unit is completed with a kitchen and a wide bathroom.
The property comprises two detached annexes, both disposed on two floors.
The first annex comprises: living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, where there is also a paved terrace for outdoor meals.
