The presence of this Castle is witnessed by documents dated back 1351.
Characterized by a dominating panoramic position with a 360°view extending over all the surrounding landscape, the Castle has been enlarged and restored throughout the centuries to become eventually a prestigious home.
The property consists of an old stone building divided into two large units of 200 and 250 square metres each plus all the basements and a small dependant apartment.

FIRST UNIT)
By entering the main entrance, framed with ancient stone, you immediately get the sensation to be in a Castle. The large Lounge ( 88 square metres) is in fact spacious and majestic. The coffered ceiling , the old stone doors surrounds, the old doors, large windows and a beautiful floor in terracotta make this room really important.
On the right hand side we find three doors:

On the left side of the lounge we find instead two doors, one opens into the spacious living-room/kitchen with three windows and coffered ceiling. From here there is access to a very useful store-room.
The second door opens in front of a wonderful old stone staircase which , with its 16 steps, leads to the basement . Here we find two typical rooms, currently used as a wine cellar and storage and a technical room. The ceilings are the original ones in wood.

SECOND UNIT
This second apartment is set on two floors. The entrance is set on the ground floor just underneath a lovely Loggia with bread oven and opens directly into a living-room with wooden ceiling and with one window. A stone staircase, with 20 steps, leads from there to the first floor where we find, on the right the kitchen/dining-room with two windows and with a door giving access to a spacious double bedroom which has two windows too.
On the left of the staircase there is an ample lounge with three panoramic windows and with a beautiful old stone fireplace. Three doors from here lead respectively to:
1) to the already described bedroom ( which has access from the kitchen);

3) To a bedroom ( which has access also through the corridor).

SMALL DEPENDANT APARTMENT
It has independent access and it is composed of a kitchen/ dining-room with one window, bedroom and bathroom. Completed by garden in the front.
