GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION
This villa for sale is placed just outside the village of Anacapri, one of the two municipalities of  Capri island, renowned for the sea cave of Blue Grotto (in Italian Grotta Azzurra).
Anacapri takes its name from ancient Greek where, the prefix ana means "up" or "above”. Located at a higher altitude on the island than the other town, Capri, it enjoys spectacular panoramic views and a more reserved and private position. These elements made it recently become a preferred destination for HNWI who, in the past few years,  purchased villas in on this side of the island.
Within a short walk from shops and services, Villa Anacapri is southfacing and therefore perfectly exposed to the sunshine for all the day long.

ACCESS
The property is reachable through a private drive leading to a 51 sqmts parking area.
The entrances to the estate are three: the first along the drive, the second just by the parking area while the third gives private access and warrantees absolute privacy  to the two apartments set on the lower ground floor.
With a few minute drive ( by car or with the frequent bus connecting to Capri) it is possible to reach the port from where the ferry connects to Napoli, Sorrento and Positano.
Heliport Damecuta in Anacapri is within a short drive from the property.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

STATE AND FINISHING
The villa has been built starting from 1981 when the current owner purchased the plot where it currently sits.

The 66 sqmts swimming pool with internal lightening system and 98 sqm solarium is completed by a 15sqmts solarium, a slide, trampoline and dressing room.
A 73sqmts terrace, all paved with Florentine terracotta tiles, hosts the roofed barbecue area with bread oven.
A moveable annex is currently used as a chicken coop.
Below the property a green unspoiled mediterranean wood reaches the valley and, from there, the sea.
